I have never dealt with a company worse than Accredo. I began the process of getting my medicine in October of 2012. It is now January 21st 2013 and they still cannot get me my medicine because of numerous reasons. There is a lack of communication between them and trust me from experience... you need to call them every single day to confirm what they are putting in the notes on your account. Things do not get done unless a specific note is put on your account. What happens is they tell you that they will contact you after something has been "processed" but they will never call. Then when you call the next time they say that it was never sent to be processed. This exact thing has happened several times to me which has delayed 1 step in the process sometimes by weeks. If you call every day, you can make sure that the note is put on your account and HOPEFULLY this will speed up the process for you. I have a feeling that the problem is their computer systems, but then again, I know from hands on experience that their employees do not properly document each call. I really hope that management can step in and understand how bad their company really is. I am scared, legitimately scared, that getting my medicine for the rest of my life is going to be this difficult. Please take my advice and call them as often as you can. You arent bothering them because they dont even have records of your previous calls. For all they know you could call 30 times a day and each person you talk to will think you're a first time caller. I hope that nobody else has to deal with this crap. I will update my post on this website as things change. Like stated earlier I have yet to receive my medicine
