There service was very helpful in overall reducing the cost of my prescriptions. Customer Service is Hit and miss, sometimes you get through right away , sometimes you'll be on hold for half and hour but overall great program and highly recommend it !

Took 299.00 from my mothers account. One of their quextions said that their service is not designed for people with insurance. My mother has insurance and they still sold her a bunch of junk. Can't get through to them keep getting busy signals because of a high volume of calls. Attorney General's office will be notified.

Scam / Fraud Company

The company scammed my mother out of $299.00 as well. Called them. Spoke with "Vicki Brooks" in Customer Service. Brooks advised their corp office address is listed on the website. I 'whitepages.com' checked the company name and address. It doesn't exist. I did a reverse phone number lookup. The customer service phone number isnt registered. Used "beenverified.com" phone number service that costs $10.00. No results. Checked the State of Wisconsin Corporate Records website. Company not registered. Ms. Brooks advised me a refund check for $299.00 would be mailed to my mother on January 21, 2013. We'll see if the money comes through and if the check is any good. Next step is to file a complaint with the Wisconsin Attorney Generals Office.

this company took $ form account without any permission given, how do they obtain banking info if not from the client. Waiting for refund, said check would be cut 1/14/13. Bank Fraud has been filed.

Appears this company preys upon the elderly. They did an electronic debit to my mothers acct in 9/2012 for $449.00. My mother suffers from memory problems. She didn't recall doing business with this outfit. We had her previous bank account closed and opened a new one and then this company somehow got the new acct information and charged the new acct $299.00. I'm investigating the legal actions that can be taken against this company. If suit is filed and an award against the company is secured this review will be updated.

This Company scammed my mother out of $299.oo over the phone and the # they have on line answers and puts you on hold indefinitely. This is sad since Mom is on SS and the only money she had for extras such as Christmas.

My bank has informed me that the funds you took out of my account without my permission has yet to be put back in! I have filed a report with the better business burea and my next step will be to have you arrested for theft!!! I have several witness's stating that they heard me tell your representitive that i did not want money taken out of my bank account.My daughter and i was told it would be put back in and it has yet to be done.I call your phone number and it hangs up on me like my number has been blocked from your system,You will not get away with stealing my money i will be heard and my next step after having you arrested is calling dateline NBC to make your company nationwide for scamming the elderly.I expect my money plus the overdraft fees that you have cost me to be put right back where you took it from,you have a total of 3 days to get this done.
