I ordered Generic Renova, manufactured by Johanson & Johanson. Instead of it I got some "Tretinact" cream made in India. When I called 3 times customer service both reps were very rude, didn't provide me with any number of supervisor( I guess they don't have any) and hang up when I asked for names 3 times! saying to do with the order whatever I want. They send not what you order

People, never order from this website please! I ordered Generic Renova cream, manufacturer Johanson&Johanson. When I received my order I saw Tretinact cream, tube looks like something you can't trust made in India. I called customer service and 2! Customer representative raised their voice and at the end saying: do whatever you want, hang up on me. They have been very rude and didn't give me any number to call. I think this website has same people producing, selling and answering.I keep calling to ask the name of representative and on that question they just hang up again!
