This company gives a good front but are completely useless, Order was placed over 2 months ago and still waiting. Communication is sketchy and emails are not answered. There are no refunds - apparently company policy. Now in process of investigation for fraud. If you want to waste your time and money this bunch is for you. Otherwise, avoid like the plague!!

Purchased goods through this company, sent funds to China as instructed via Western Union, needed to resend to Phillipines due to their mistake. Now they deny all knowledge so have lost considerable amount of money. Be VERY careful and be warned.

I ordered via the site and later they left voicemail messages for me to get in contact with them. I phoned them back and they asked me to repeat everything that I had already entered on th site. I could see no reason for this. Yesterday, a month after the order I noticed some fraudulent transactions on my account and I have canceled my debit card for the second time in 2 months. I have no concrete evidence but the coincidence is worrying. Either there is a leak at bestpharma or I have a problem with spyware or someone at the bank is plundering my account.
By the way the pills arrived from India. |
