 Fake bio oil

I purchased bio oil via groupon from this company. Not only did my order arrive late, when it did it was fake! I have been using this product for years , always purchased from a reputable chemist. The stuff I received from this company was paler and smelled different so was either watered down or a complete fake . I have contacted both this company and groupon but no response yet! It may be that this company are unaware that they have been supplied fake products, but quality control????

I bought a heated blanket via Groupon from Chemist 4 U. The item came and was faulty. I returned it and received an email saying it had been received and would I like a refund or replacement. I asked for a refund and then....silence. Haven't heard anything back from them for 3 weeks and have had to go back to Groupon for the refund. I'm still down both outgoing and return postage though.

Ordered goods online from this pharmacy. Goods never arrived. Contacted them (only possible by filling out their online form), got a nonsensical answer back from their customer service department saying that order had not been completed, then in the following sentence saying that it had. The next sentence said that the order had now expired and the product could not be provided, despite it's having been paid for. Still trying to follow up with them - unsure if they're complete scammers or incredibly incompetent.

I ordered a product from this website and asked for it to be recorded delivery mailed to the US. It has now been over a month since despatch and I have still not received the product. When I contacted chemist4U they said they had not mailed in by tracked delivery as requested but instead by airmail which means I have no way of tracking where the product is and neither can royal mail. The company have always replied to my messages promptly but have provided no helpful answer, merely stating they cannot do anything about undelivered goods (even though it is because of there mistake that I am unable to receive it). I am very disappointed and frustrated in this service and will definitely not be using them again.

Fast delivery and great customer service (item arrived damaged and replacement was sent out straight away). I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Ordered meal replacement shakes from this site - twice received "out of date" orders. also received the wrong order - complained about this and received the wrong order again as compensation! what a joke. think they need a lesson in dispatch or logistics? they are obviously struggling! will not be using again.
