I took a gamble and placed an order with this company. The only complaint was I did not get an order tracking number. I was also confused by the charge to "deadseamagic.com" since that appears to be a different site.
However, I first got a call to tell me that I was approved y their medical staff. Then, when I wrote asking for a tracking number, not only did I get a prompt email reply with the tracking number, but I also got several calls from customer service to make sure my needs were met. The product showed up as promised and it is authentic. I understand why others would be skeptical, but I had a positive experience such that I will try ordering from them again when I need a refill. One word of caution, the product does come from India so there are several days in transit. It took my order 16 days before I received it, but they tell you that in advance that it will take some time. |
