 NO Show of Order after 54 Days

I ordered Kamagra on 24/09/12 to the value of £39.99. I did not receive my order. I contacted Exact Pharma, they informed me they would resend my order, they claimed they resent my order on 24/10/12, still, I have not received my order. Exact Pharma are NOT reliable, they will take your money and not sent you anything. Their customer Service is a shambles. THIS COMPANY is BAD. Do NOT send any money to Exact Pharma.

Dont buy Caverta from them, they send me twice during the last half year with an expire date TWO months...

Put in order for £229 on Aug 24 plus extra £11 for secure delivery.No probs timewise,order arrived sept 5 ...BUT the jiffi bag appeared to have been used several times,it was tatty,falling apart and roughly held together around all edges by tape.The bubble padding inside was completely flat and offered no protection for contents.Subseqently many of the pill packets had been punctured and pills inside either fractured or broken and spilled out into bag.I was obviously concerned that this may have been some sort of interception and changing of product en route from India as pill packet markings and brittleness of kamagra pills was different from others I have obtained in past from manufacturers Ajanta Pharma.I immediately sent off e mail to one of the contact addresses to seek clarification about this and complain about the poor tatty packaging.Having received no reply I forwarded the e mail to the other address.Still no reply so I phoned Customer Services who promised to flag up the issue and i would be re contacted.3 weeks from delivery I still have had no form of contact to address these matters.If you spend this amount of money and pay for extra secure postage you expect better than a tatty old package falling apart and damaged contents.You also expect some answers from this 'dedicated Customer Service' as to what has happened and have I got the genuine product or has my order been switched by some cheap and nasty outfit? Very disappointed and without some some form of quality action/investigation into this will not be placing another order.

I've have been waiting for my order for over 5 weeks now. I have made contact with the call Centre and they advised me that it could take up to 28 days, it's now nearly 40 days with no sign of my order. I ordered a similar product from another website and it arrived in 3 days. If someone from exact time pharmacy made contact with me to assure me that my order would be honored I would feel happier but as yet that hasn't happened. So disappointed.

Have used this website twice in the last 6 months
1st time delivery was approx 7 days, 2nd time 2 weeks exactly. Have ordered Kamagra jelly and also pills. Super results with both products. Have found it extremely difficult to source these products from the UK. So can only judge the service I have received which has been exactly as promised, finally their prices are very competitive. |
