 Very very upset with pharmacy

My sister had surgery yesterday at Borgess hospital! We left the hospital a little after 5:00pm and headed to your business, because my sister said you are the best, waited in line in drive thru (because my sister just had SURGERY and couldn't walk in,) the girl working took our prescriptions to fill, also took my sisters credit card and paid for them!!! Then....... The pharmacist came to the window and told us all of the prescriptions were filled and ready but he couldn't give them to us until we went back to the hospital because the resident Dr. Forgot to sign the script for pain medicine!!! He said they'd we waiting for us!!! The roads were icy, it was almost 6:00, I got back to the hospital at 6:03, at 6:10 they got ahold of the Dr. Which was 10minutes away from the hospital and turned around and came back and signed the script!! Now it's 6:25, I run back to my car and head back to your pharmacy on ICY roads, got there, and they had left!! Now..... They have the other TWO scripts, we've already paid for and can't even take them to another pharmacy to be filled!!!!! We drive back to the hospital then to Walgreens where we were lucky enough to get the pain med filled, NOW MY SISTER HAS BEEN SITTING IN A CAR FOR 3 HOURS AFTER JUST HAVING HIP SURGERY AND WE STILL HAVE TO DRIVE HER HOME WHICH IS ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OR MORE WITH THE ROAD CONDITIONS!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE!! If he wasn't going to wait for us he needed to give us the prescriptions back so we could have filled all of them somewhere else, she needs them now, she just had surgery, and he knew all of this! I hope this never happens to anyone again!! She was so frantic and didn't need this stress on top of what she had just went thru !
