 Good until you need customer support

I have used this company for the last time. I have ordered items from them in that past and all has gone well. However my latest Order is 2 weeks in arriving.
I contacted them to see what was going on. First emails where ignored. When the did respond, they told me to talk to the post office directly Then then told me its because i gave them the wrong address. Its the same address I used for every order with them. At every step they have blamed me, not once have they apologised. Not sure if that's the company's stand point or just the customer service rep who is emailing my who is called Kristina Makepeace. |
