Im new to the meds online thing. I ordered from medsindia today. What can I expect to happen.

Update to my original post. Whether it was as a result of the post or not, I'm not sure, but shortly after I posted it, I was contacted by Customer Service. They did work to resolve my issue, ultimately having to resend the order as the 1st one was described as lost. Based on that, I did reorder again from them recently. That order went much better. It still took quite a while to receive it again - about 6 weeks. But after 4 weeks, they did contact me to check if I had received the order. I had not and replied to them of such. They responded immediately and said they would follow up. Shortly after that, I did receive the order. I am not sure if it was just that long in shipping or if they had to reship. The product itself seemed to be fine. It was packaged individually (not in bulk bottles) and shown to be from a reputable manufacturer. One additional comment is that their website shows Visa, MC logos, etc.; however when you go to actually place the order, the only option you have is a direct transfer from a checking or savings account. I am not sure if a CC option is only available for certain items or certain countries, but it was not available for my purchase. This still makes me nervous as there is no recourse for the payment as there would be with a CC. Given that the previous order was received as was the recent order, I will likely order from them again.  another scammer?

After reading several reviews which indicated this outfit was legit, I gave it a try. I ordered from them and never received the order. Their customer service telephone is a recorder where you can leave a message that is never returned. Their online chat is always offline. But you can leave a message there also, which is also never returned. They took my money and never delivered the product. It seems they are another one of the online pharmacy scmammers.
