I am in Toronto, Canada and had a small order of 30 pills. I got charged, got a confirmation e-mail with my order listed right after giving them my card number, and when I asked about my order after more than 3 weeks, Ricardo Escobedo Baena answered me and said it could be another week and when my order shipped. I received it shortly thereafter in a padded, brown envelope and am happy overall.

I have been using mexmeds4you for nearly a decade having ordered and successfully received dozens of meds without incident. I have also referred family and friends over the years, without a complaint from anyone. All the meds I've received have had great future expiration dates, and the only delay has been as a result of U.S. Customs processing. No merchant anywhere in the world is perfect and I'm sure they have had their troubling issues, but I have yet to experience my first difficulty after many $100's spent.

I've ordered twice from this company. The first time my order was delivered as promised. The second time only 3 of the 5 products I ordered were delivered. I contacted customer service and they sent me the other 2 products right away. Anyone can make a mistake, it's how they take care of the problem that matters. I'm very satisfied with this company and will definitely be ordering from them again!

the first order with them was flawless.
the second order didn't arrive initially. the communication with them regarding this order was less-than-ideal; however, ultimately they shipped the product with a new tracking #. Although they never provided me a rationale for the delay. overall, i am very pleased and thank them for enabling me to acquire this medication. Fraudulent Interaction

This company must be on a Fraud Alert list. I ordered something way back in November 2011 using a credit card. My card was denied (never has been denied before) and i postponed reordering. The transaction was never finalized.
I tried very hard to contact them and never received any response. However recently I was contacted by e-mail from the same e-mail number for the pharmacy. I tried again to reorder but was informed that my credit card was denied. In frustration I called the number at the top of their face page regarding the order. The "pharmacist" took my order, credit card number but informed me that the card had been denied again (locked). He offered to call me back and restart the order process and telling me that my card was locked. This happened a number of times. I contacted the credit card company and asked to have it unlocked. The "pharmacist" on the phone offered to call me back and we tried again. No luck. My card company contacted me informing me that the card could not be unlocked as it was compromised, meaning that there was a security problem/risk but did not say more than that they were changing my card number and to refrain from using this pharmacy contact. They further informed me that the phone number that I called was in Mexico City and was listed to a an "Artesia/Manos Magic and Trinkets shop". This card is not safe to use until I receive a new one. I am grateful to my card company that through denying the transaction so many times and finally informing me of the security issue saved me a substantial cost. I also feel foolish for having to go to this level of card denial and for my own inability to recognize the risk. My sister had vouched for them as she had not had a problem and received her order. Use care with this company. Some people have no problem and others do. FRAUD!! CHARGED TWICE- NOTHING RECEIVED!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONY COMPANY!! ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD NOT DEBIT CARD WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE INCASE OF SITUATIONS LIKE THESE, SO YOU CAN DISPUTE AND GET CREDIT BACK ON YOUR CRED CARD.
THIS COMPANY RESPONDS TO EMAILS, HOWEVER THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK, AFTER ANOTHER.. AND THEY STATE PACKAGE CAN'T BE TRACKED, YET THEY TELL YOU YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED?? BEWARE OF COMPANIES FROM MEXICO!! ALREADY CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WILL RECEIVE A FULL CREDIT BACK. THEY ARE PHONY!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Fraud

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!! I ordered on 12-12-11 and never recieved anything. Also have been contacted that my credit card has been compromised after I gave them the number. I think the ones writing the positive reviews must be by them for them!!!! BEWARE! Don.t use these people!!!!

they shipped a small portion of what I ordered, never shipped the rest, waited over 2 months, no replies to emails, no answer when you call them on the phone. total rip off

I have placed 3 orders and all three have been delivered. They do take 3-4 weeks as any Mexican pharmacy will. Great selection, including generic's which you don't find with most online's.

I am very pleased with their customer service, time of delivery, and price. I will definitely do business with them again. I was worried that I might fall victim to a scam but this company is the real deal. I just got my delivery today!

I have placed several orders in the past 2-3 years and have never had a problem. Takes about 3 weeks for delivery.

I ordered from mexmeds4you.com on 12/2010,it has been about a month later, and I have not received my medication. I do not believe that this is a legitimate Mexican pharmacy, and will not do business with them again. My recommendation is that potential customers look elsewhere for their medication. For me, it was just not worth it, and I know that now.

I'm sorry to have to conclude that I've been completely ripped off by this so called Mexican Licensed pharmacy. I ordered and paid full amount with my visa card two months ago. It has never arrived. Nor do they respond to email or phone. I feel it necessary to spread the word.
