I placed an order on the 1/7/11. Credit card payment was approved 1 hour later. It was not shiped until the 1/19/11. After several conversations and emails, they could not track it with their #. Without great detail I have cancled the order after 22 days and will order from another company. They have offered free things and have been very nice, but I do not trust them due to past conversastions.
