Hi, everything in the world has its opposite for natural balance. I have purchased $614.00 worth of product from Ray Meds in a year’s time. Had only one glitch in all of them. Got it worked out and even purchased product after that was resolved. So, naturally, I thought (after the last order) that everything was ok. It was just business and for myself, I thought it was reconciled, and we were putting that behind us so we could move forward and we both (Raymeds and I) would continue to benefit from our business relationship. As I promised, I wrote the positive review as the emails below indicate. Positive is highlighted in "GREEN" and money I have spent is highlighted in "RED". My history is clear and proof that I have had lot more positive experiences than negative. I am in the service field and as long as things get resolved, it is business as usual, especially if I am still making money.
And you definitely will keep making money on me as my history shows. Only time will show if I am the only one that can and will back up my words. Because your websites talks a whole lot about returning customers and your goal to present customer satisfaction. I wish I had a steady customer that will keep returning. After days of sending emails (no response) and phone calls to their toll free number (never an answer and mailbox being full) I finially got someone on the phone only to realize that sending the receipt was not good enough as they said it would to allow shippment. If they ever reconcile this issue for me, soon as that's done, I will write another review to reflect that the matter was resolved and I was treated as a true and returning customer should be treated. Untill then, as this has been very trying and a disappointing ordeal, I want other to know what to exspect. Never before have I had any problems with Raymeds. I have been purchasing generic viagra for a couple years now and I can definetly say that Raymeds has one of the better services around. Their customer service worked with me via phone and email until I received the correct product. I ordered over 200 pills and got the free shipping which was express and arrived very quick. I was shipped to 3 times since my order was not correct the first two times, they were very polite when I explained my problem each time and the 3rd time was a charm. I am sorry that wome have not received the same service but I am pleased and will recommend and order again.

I have purchased viagra 3 times in the past year, all over a $100.00 amount. I placed an order March 1st, 2012 and found out they do not Visa cards anymore, ond wired transfers. I was concerned about this and had several emails with question about the transfering of money. Every email was responded to almost immediately. After I transfered my money on the 1st of March,2012. It is March 9, 2012 and I have had no confermation, order number! Soon as my money was transferred I cannot get anyone to respond to any of my emails once they had my money. I am a hard working man and can't afford to lose over a $100.00, but it appears they have taken my money and sent no pills, no refund can't get anyone at all to communicate with me at all. I purchased generic viagra, cialis, and levitra. It took about 2 and a half weeks to arrive. They threw in some extra stuff with my order that I was not expecting. I received a bad batch of the generic cialis, and they ended up reshipping the entire order and, therefore, honored their guarantee. The second batch was perfect!

i got my order, even though it took almost a month. they said there was a tsunami or something holding their shipments back. the pills worked and i even got 10 extra on a 20 pill order. the price was the lowest i could find so just for that i would reccomend this company.

i was very sceptical about this place since all of the reviews i could find seemed like they were written by the company itself and they were in broken english. but, i have ordered from this place and i can confirm it is legit.
the order took a long time to get to me(almost a month) but it eventually arrived and the pills worked. i ordered 20 pills which came with +5 bonus, but they sent me 30 pills which was cool. be sure to note that the shipping costs $15 which isnt stated anywhere in the order form. (though it is in their policies if you look through them) as far as i have seen they have the lowest price around for generic viagra. the long delivery time may have been a rare thing. a rep told me their delivery was taking longer because of a tsunami or something which was actually going on in the news. i ordered about 6 months ago and havent had any identity theft like F Jones is talking about. so, in summary, this company is pretty decent in my opinion and ill probably order from them again. @ F Jones

I would rather say Mr Jones don't know the basics of internet and online transactions. Online business is run on a set of policies which Mr. Jones don't understand. Every company has its own policies and so does amazon, raymeds, ebay have...!
He talked about amazon Lets check ebay. Ebay also asks for DOB which means Ebay is also fraud????? Ebay is also an ID Theft Site???? If so, then we should not deal with Ebay either.! I have been a customer of Raymeds from quite some time. Their services are fine and quick. I also agree, Every customer has his own point of view. F Jones also thinks in his own way, But Incomplete information or knowledge can mislead. Product and After sale service should be a criteria to judge a company. If we are not satisfied with service we can always fight back (with so many Internet transaction laws being in place in today's internet world) To me raymeds.com is just another website where i and probably many people can buy medications. This website, like other scams, asks your date of birth when you order - a sure sign of ID theft (ask yourself, does amazon demand your DoB?). I emailed Raymeds to ask why they wanted the info and they gave the most stupid and illogical reason. Quote" that date of birth is needed to avoid the suspicious transactions and the fraudulent activities which takes place online." How on earth does that make any sense except. Beware!
