i got scammed just like all those other people. i placed an order and it took forever for them to give me a tracking number and get the order supposedly shipped out. i found out it was being shipped out from africa or something. the number they had was not a real number, so i had to contact them by the website. the shipment supposedly got to customs, then they said they sent it back to them for some reason. i actually got charged twice for the item and i asked for a refund when i did not get my item and they said it would take up to 10 days. when that did not happen the website all of sudden was not there. i contacted my credit card and i went thru their process and got all my money back because they never could contact the website, so the refund was actually easy. from now on i am going to check more into medical websites before i order from them. i am just glad i got my money back.

I also was ripped off by this bogus company.
Placed an order for a medication, given no tracking number, kept saying it was in progress , was able to talk with some girl on the phone, from the company, told she didn't have the tracking number, later talked with a guy named Robert one day, and another day Richard, who said he was the pharmacist. He said the order had to be incinerated in New York, as all the medications had to be kept at a certain temperature, and that it had been detained at customs. He said he had personally refilled the order and resend it to me, but gave me no tracking number. I felt it was a scam as the people sounded very unprofessional. Finally one day I did get a tracking number from one of the women, looked it up and it had already been delivered to someplace in Indiana. Today I checked and the website no longer exists, and I found all these other complaints of people saying this happened to them also. I just got finished calling my bank and filing a dispute against this charge, and getting a new card so they cannot try to charge anything on my card. So far they have not. Live and learn!!! Easily solved

This organization has their scam down pat. However, they made one BIG mistake. They sent me mail from their agents, indicating my order number and noted the name of their customer relations supervisor whose name is Robert Wertheimer. This letter came from Heidelburg Road, City Deep,Johannesburg, S.A., 2049.
This stated that my order was in a queue and would be dispatched in 10 days. That was August 10, 2011. Simply put, I notified my credit card company who refunded my purchase and will investigate. They were given this information as well. The credit card company is internationally known(Chase Bank) and will hound them pretty good.Hope this helps. Use this information as you will. Placed 3 orders with this merchant in August 2011. I never recieved my products and now their phone is dissconnected and their website no longer agsists. How do I get my money back, I spent over $500.00 with them and I have no idea what to do next. I am on disability and this merchant took complete advantage of me. The are a fraudulent comany and and number one scam. Please advise me of who to get in contact with to file a police report and/or sue them for the funds do to me. I am at a lost at this point. Please help me!!!!

Char, cancel the credit card payment NOW! I received tracking number as well back on Sept. 9th. They are good enough to keep you hanging and if you wait too long, it will be to late to dispute the charges.

I ordered on 8/2/2011. Called several times. Finally got a tracking number. They were out of stock for a while, then stuck in customs. Now the website is not online. I called credit card company, and they are refunding the charge.

I placed an order on 8-9-11. Been ginen the runaround ever since. Problens with customs, blah, blah, blah. Finally given a tracing number this past Monday. Found out from usps that it was an invalid number. Haven't been able to reach them since. Char, finish ur story. Did you ever receive it? Cllimb aboard the Ship of Fools. Call me Capt. Sucker

I ordered med's on 9-1-11, and have got nothing but a run-around. Everything from it shipped late to the shipment is in customs. I have even been given 3 different tracking numbers, which amount to no information. Now you can't even get to their website, or can not connect to their phone number on their site. I have contacted my bank, and am in the process of contacting the authorities. Don't buy anything from these people. A TOTAL SCAM.

Well I decided to email them yesterday about status of order and within 12 hours I got a response with tracking information and everything so Im not giving up hope yet.
