It took quite a while for the product to be shipped and then UPS indicated they tried to deliver the box and was unable to. No signature was required and I was at home the day it was to be originally delivered.

I live in a rural area and have certain brand preferences that are not carried in local stores. I am delightd to discover that most items which I use are carried by drugstore.com and the service is far greater than I expected on each of my orders.

The order confirmation notice mentioned that a tracking number would be made available within 24 hours. However, I was unable to track the order. When I contacted customer service I was informed that it was intransit.
