Totaltrustmeds WAS a good site, I had used them 2x's before, but they are now MIA. I placed an order in the middle of November and it sat for a couple of days without any activity taking place so I sent them an email with no response and called the tel# on their site and it's been disconnected.
I sent them a msg cancelling that order as I found another vendor, but wasn't quite as satisfied. I just placed another order with them yesterday, 1/9 and again there's been no activity, no response to emails and the 800# is still diconnected. I'm going to have to assume these guys are out of business and gone. Oh well. Going back to health solutions network (healthsol.net) They'll do COD and their service is very helpful. Good luck.

I just used Total Trust Meds for the first time and had placed my order last Friday. I chose the COD option as I wwasn't quite sure if I could trust that I would actually get my prescription. Lo and behold, yesterday morning (exactly 7 days after my order) around noon the mail lady pulled up to my house with my prescription in hand and I handed her the money order for the amount I owed as the site instructed me to do. I signed for my package and that was that!

I did read on some other sites that the pharmacy they use has been known to short people on the amount of medication they are supposed to receive, so I went ahead and counted what I got. I was supposed to have 180 pills total. Well, it turns out there was actually 196. So, I don't know about the shortage part but it does prove that their count can be off a bit. It's possible they use a pill counter/dispenser, too.

Also, I want to add that even though they have proven themselves trustworthy thus far by delivering my medications by the time promised and by giving me actual legit (not placebos) medication, there are a couple things to note. The site does say that they use FedEx to ship the medications out. This is untrue as I found out. They use USPS. Not a bad thing but just something to take note of. They did provide me with a tracking number for my shipment when they shipped it out but it took a couple of days before I was even able to find the tracking number on the USPS website. This seems to be more an issue on USPS's part, though, as they were also slow on updating the progress of the shipment. Another slight down side is that when I called customer service, the women I spoke to both times were not necessarily rude but were a bit more straight to the point and didn't seem completely professional in their mannerisms. However, they did answer my questions and were not mean about anything. They just seemed like they could use a bit more training on being a customer service agent is all.

All in all, I'd have to say that Total Trust Meds is a good site to go to for your prescription medication needs and I will personally be a returning customer. The issues that do exist with this company are minor in nature and do not seem to affect the core of the business, which is providing REAL medications at a cheaper cost and delivering them to the customer in a timely manner. They successfully completed their part and I have to say I like the fact they allow the Collect On Delivery option because it's hard to trust some of these places online these days and most will end up being scammers who steal your credit card info and identity. The COD option through Total Trust Meds allows you to keep your bank information completely private and all they require is a money order, which you can get from virtually any bank or check cashing store. It's as great as paying with cash.

So, my summary in a few words? TotalTrustMeds.com is definitely somewhere I believe you can trust and you have a slim to none chance of being disappointed in your overall experience. Good luck!

I was following up on order that I had not received yet and sent a note to their customer service email address that the FedEx site was not excepting the tracking number. The response I got back was we only send it USPS which is not what their site shows. I mention that and the rep comes back with "As I Said". Total attitude when I'm looking for my order and getting the wrong details on how it's being shipped. Never doing business with them again.

Great service, call the 800 number. Someone always replies that speaks english. Have used them for years!
