One error after another

I agree with everything posted in the other 2 reviews as well. I had to deal with incorrect rejections for 1 year for my son (they recommend 1.5 tablets yet the rx in question couldn't be split & was appropriate per PDR). I finally changed medications for my son. Last month, they incorrectly processed my claims resulting in me paying $35 more than I should have, because of a "glitch". Today I discovered my daughter's rx was rejected because of another rx she takes yet my son takes the same combination rx's and both were approved & filled today. Yeah, that makes sense! Why does the child with a lower dose & who has been on a similar combination have to go to through auth while the other child, on same rx (higher even) is okay? I wonder who is making up these rules. I cringe every 30 days when it's time to fill our meds. This is the worst plan I've even dealt with!! Run the other way if you can!!
Bad Company!

I have NEVER had to deal with an insurance company this bad!
I have been running to three different pharmacies to get refunds because WellDyneRx denied claims for medication that are approved on our plan. Every time I call WellDyneRx I get a different answer for the same question. No one at WellDyneRx seems to know what is going on. They also like to "pass the buck" and blame the pharmacies for the problems. I am VERY angry with this company and their lack of customer service and knowledge. If you're going to run an insurance company then you need to have employees who KNOW about insurance and medications! Horrible service and web site

Where on earth do I begin. Dealing with Welldynerx has been a nightmare. We canceled with them once because of their inaccurate prescription fillings and bad customer service. We came back to give them a second chance. What a mistake that was.
1) The online account prescription list constantly shows invalid and duplicate prescriptions. Even after I talked to a supervisor and insisted this be cleaned up. 2) They never once gotten our prescription 100% correct from the doctor. The communication is very poor between Welldynerx and our physicians. The result is prescriptions are delayed or never filled. They seldom follow up with phone calls to the doctors office. I know this because I have called our doctors to confirm this. My wife is a Type 2 diabetic and timely arrival of her insulin is a priority. It is obvious that Welldynerx could care less. 3) We have on two occasions in the last two years received incorrect dosage amounts. We were stuck paying for it because of their policy. 4) This is the worth offense" THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE and lack the training and knowledge to do tie jobs right. When we escalate to a supervisor it usually take 15 minutes of waiting on the phone to have them say they will call us back. In my opinion STAY CLEAR FROM WELLDYNERX. |
